I provide in-person and online counselling for adults experiencing challenges in relationships, mood difficulties, emotional regulation, and the impact of childhood trauma — including neglect and abuse.
My primary approach is trauma-informed and solution-focused — supporting you to explore what's happening now, understand its roots, and develop practical strategies for change. Where helpful, I integrate art therapy as a way to access and process what words alone can't always reach.
