WHO I WORK WITH -
Children
Many children find it difficult to express big feelings in words — and that's completely normal. Through art-making, storytelling, and creative play, children can communicate what feels too complex or overwhelming to say out loud.
Arts-based therapy combines creative expression with therapeutic counselling techniques to help children process experiences, build confidence, and strengthen their emotional world — all at their own pace, in a safe and supportive space.
What I can support
Anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation difficulties.
Family stress and relationship difficulties.
Peer challenges and self-esteem concerns.
Behavioural challenges and school refusal.
Grief, loss, and life transitions.
Trauma and unresolved emotional experiences.
How it works
In sessions, I use art, expressive play, and counselling to support children to explore their experiences in a way that feels safe and developmentally appropriate.
The focus is always on pacing, safety, and each child's unique needs.
This process can improve emotional expression, strengthen coping skills, and support healthier responses to stress — for the child and the family as a whole.
