Couples
WHO I WORK WITH -
Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of connection — and also one of the most challenging places to navigate.
Whether you're feeling stuck in recurring patterns, struggling to communicate, or simply wanting to reconnect, couples counselling can offer a space to pause, reflect, and find a way forward together.
I have extensive experience supporting couples through a wide range of relationship challenges and life transitions.
I am Gottman-trained and draw on a relational, integrative approach to help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.
Together, we'll gently explore the patterns that may be getting in the way — and work towards more responsive, connected ways of relating.

What to expect
Sessions are collaborative and tailored to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each couple. Alongside talk-based counselling, I may incorporate creative approaches — such as reflective exercises, journaling, and expressive techniques — to support deeper emotional awareness and non-verbal communication. These can be especially helpful when feelings are difficult to put into words.
My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where both partners feel heard, understood, and respected — and where meaningful, lasting change becomes possible.
